Qualification Assessment

Description

FUSE participants who have extensive experience with a particular equipment area may request a Qualification Assessment instead of a class.  Assessments must be scheduled ahead of time with FUSE Program Manager- do not purchase a Qualification Assessment without approval from Program Manager.

Participants must pass Qualification with a score of 80% or above to be cleared to use FUSE equipment.  Participants who do not pass must purchase and take the Operations and Safety Training if they want to use that equipment.  All participants who request an assessment must pay for their time whether or not they pass.
