Book Equipment

FUSE’s equipment booking system uses an outside website. You will need to create a separate account on that site to use the equipment reservation system; do not try to log in with the same credentials you use for this site. Click on the blue links below to check equipment.

Requirements and rules for booking equipment: 

• You must have an active FUSE Membership
• You must have clearance to use the equipment (granted by successfully completing the appropriate operations and safety training or qualification assessment, or having been given credit for prior learning).
• Reservations are limited to 4 hour blocks
•  Limit of 12 hours per week on high use equipment: lasers, vinyl printer, and CNC Shopbot and Plasma Table
• You can only one reservation in the system at a time. 
• You cannot book multiple equipment areas during the same time slot.

FUSE staff will be monitoring that all individual booking of equipment meets these requirements.

Cancellations, Late-Shows, and No-Shows

Please remember that you are sharing the equipment with a community and be respectful of everyone’s time.

• If you can’t make your reservation, call us at the number below as soon as possible. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation and you haven’t called to let us know, you forfeit your reservation.
• Failing to cancel a reservation (no-call/no-show) more than twice will result in a reservation suspension of 30 days.
