Katelyn Attanasio is the Senior Program Manager at FUSE Makerspace with a long-standing love for community learning and hands-on making. Before joining the FUSE team in 2022, she spent over a decade working in public libraries, where she launched The Shop, the makerspace at Arlington Public Library in Arlington, VA.
When she’s not behind her computer, you’ll often find Katelyn at FUSE’s laser cutters making templates for her quilting projects or creating dividers for her extensive DVD collection. She also enjoys spending time in the woodshop bringing her spooky home décor to life. She blends creative curiosity with a background in public service, and she’s always ready to lend a hand or share what she’s learning. Whether it’s fabric, acrylic, or wood, Katelyn finds a way to make it into something fun, useful, or just plain spooky. You can follow her maker adventures on Instagram at @katelyn.attanasio
