You will learn the Operation and Safety of the Ultimaker 3D printers which work as additive manufacturing machines that uses plastic wire (filament) to create a layered structure. The filament is run through a heated extrusion nozzle which both melts and places the filament on the build plate. After each lay the build plate will move down and repeat this process for each layer.
